College/University Accreditation Application Form

Follow the instructions below to begin the application process.

  1. Click the "Submissions" button on your left. If you do not see the submissions button, log in to proceed.
  2. Click "Add New" next to the green plus sign
  3. Fill out the application
  4. When finished, click "save"
  5. *Please note, clicking "save" does not submit your application! See next step.
  6. On the next screen, click the blue "submit" button to finalize your application!
  7. You will be then guided to a payment page to submit payment.
  8. Once payment is received, you will be mailed materials which will be shipped 3-5 business days.
