American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP)

AFSP is dedicated to advancing our knowledge of suicide and our ability to prevent it. AFSP's activities include supporting research projects, providing information and education about suicide and depression, and supporting programs for suicide survivor treatment, research and education.

Canadian Association for Suicide Prevention
The Canadian Association for Suicide Prevention is in the process of developing a Canadian blueprint of a national strategy for suicide prevention. The purpose is to articulate what a national strategy would look like that world, in turn, prompt action by all segments of Canadian society including all government levels.

International Association for Suicide Prevention (IASP)
IASP is dedicated to preventing suicidal behavior, to alleviate its effects, and to provide a forum for academics, mental health professionals, crisis workers, volunteers and suicide survivors.

National Organization for People of Color Against Suicide (NOPCAS)
NOPCAS is committed to stopping the tragic epidemic of suicide in minority communities. The organization is developing innovative strategies to address this urgent national problem.

SPAN USA (Suicide Prevention Action Network)
SPAN USA provides dozens of free resources on suicide prevention to the general public, frequently works with and provides consultations to government, corporate, and private interest groups on suicide prevention, and advocates through a network of thousands across the country on suicide prevention matters.

Suicide Prevention Resource Center (SPRC)
The Suicide Prevention Resource Center provides prevention support, training, and resources to assist organizations and individuals to develop suicide prevention programs, interventions and policies, and to advance the National Strategy for Suicide Prevention.
