DSPO Mental Health Provider Two-Day Training Application

The DSPO Mental Health Provider Two-Day Trainings are presented on a limited, space available basis. We are seeking to increase our resources of providers in military mental health services. Please note that participants are responsible for any travel related expenses.

Preferred requirements:

  • Master’s degree
  • Licensed mental health provider
  • Has provided or would like to provide mental health services to military service members

To Begin Your Application:

  1. Select Applications in the top left
  2. Select Add New next to the Green Plus
  3. Complete all necessary information.
    Please note: this can take up to 10 minutes.
  4. Click Save when finished
  5. Important! Click the Blue Check Box to submit
  6. You will see a Green Check under the submit column when completed

Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email along with a copy of your application. Please save this message for your files.
