Suicide Is Everyone’s Business.
Your gift – in any amount – supports AAS as we provide training, education, and information to researchers, clinicians, and survivors working in the field of suicidology.

2025 Suicide Prevention Summit
AAS has partnered with leading mental health organizations to bring you the online 2025 Suicide Prevention Summit, live on August 23 – 24. The 2025 Suicide Prevention Summit will be delivered via 10 live webinar sessions from Saturday, August 23 to Sunday, August 24, and will continue as an on-demand event (i.e., you can watch recordings of live webinars) until Sunday, Nov. 2.

Support Hope.
Half of every purchase supports suicide prevention, research, and education through the American Association of Suicidology. These bulbs will be shipped in the fall, ready to plant for a beautiful spring garden. Help us reach our $1,000 goal to bring hope and support where it is needed most. Put your garden to work for a cause that matters!

The Paul G. Quinnett Lived Experience Writing Competition
The competition aims to increase the visibility of suicide attempt survivors by elevating their personal narratives. These writings describe the impact on the authors and present their journeys in an accessible and understandable manner. Submissions for 2025 open August 11, 2025.

Join us in our mission.

At AAS, we are committed to ensuring no one faces these struggles alone. Together, we can create change, amplify voices, and provide hope.
